Promotional Materials Order Form
These promotional materials are for use to promote the Tax Time Savings Bond Campaign and to build awareness of this important savings opportunity. Orders are managed and processed by the National Community Tax Coalition (NCTC), in partnership with Doorways to Dreams (D2D) Fund. Materials and shipment of materials will be charged at face value. Promotional material is also available for customization, download and print on our “Materials” page.
D2D Fund is offering limited scholarships to VITA programs in need on a first-come basis. Please follow the order process below and you will receive a notice from NCTC indicating your qualification. If granted a scholarship, please note that the full order may not be fulfilled due to limited materials.

1. Determine Quantities and Materials Needed. The chart below can be used as a guide to help determine your order size for each product. It will also help to estimate the cost of material by indicating the price of each product and estimated shipping costs.

2. Place Order. Enter your order below, specifying the quantity of each product desired, and filling out the shipping information details below. Please fill out all the required shipping information. If you need a scholarship please indicate “yes” in the ordering sheet and note that scholarship orders may not be fully fulfilled due to limited materials.
3. Order Confirmation and Invoice. Once you have placed the order, you will receive an electronic invoice in 2-3 business days of the order and total cost. The invoice will explain how you can make a payment by credit or check for your order.
4. Order Shipment. If the order and payment has been received by the 1st of the month, then you should expect the shipment by the 3rd week of the month.
